During the seminar, we will discuss the potential role of Epstein-Barr infection<\/strong> as a causative factor of multiple sclerosis<\/strong>. The most recent evidence will be explored, and the possible mechanisms of action will be discussed.<\/p>\n

The event will occur in person (Aula Magna, Palazzo Bellini in Novara<\/strong>) on 9 February 2023<\/strong> at 2.30 pm. The Seminar is organized by the Department of Neurology<\/strong>, as part of the Aging Project<\/em>, and the speaker will be Professor Alberto Ascherio<\/strong>, Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health in Boston (h-index 130, and about 500 publications).<\/p>\n

The talks will be in English, but with the possibility of asking questions in Italian and English.<\/p>\n
